The council tax debacle rumbles on. I received a second, identical demand to go with the first (I may frame them) and the person who's supposed to get them hasn't had one at all.

Are the government really such dumbasses... wait, forget I asked that, it's plainly obvious to anyone with a single-celled brain.

It's supposed to be paid in just over a week. If we end up in trouble for their crap, I will go ballistic, believe me.

I know my rights, and I know my lefts, too!
